What do you need to get started?
We need a very clear scope of work: kind of tasks, quantity of assets, and deadlines. Furthermore, we will discuss preferences, priorities, and other critical details with you.
At the very least, we need your idea or requirements and a quality reference. The more detailed the art briefs, the technical specs, and the scope of work, the easier and faster it will be.
What payment methods do you accept?
We mainly accept bank transfers to our LLC. We’re also open to PayPal and cryptocurrency payments. If you have another preference, let us know- we’ll explore it.
How does your workflow operate?
- Scope Review: you send us the scope, and we clarify priorities and keynotes.
- Estimation: we provide time and cost estimates, with room for discussion to align on a solution.
- Kick-off: once approved, we begin work.
- Progress Updates: you receive progress updates every few days via Slack, Miro, or Figma. Your feedback is used to guide further iterations.
- Completion: once you’ve given your final approval, we request the remaining balance and deliver all source files and assets.
Which communication platforms do you use?
We generally work via Slack, Discord, Telegram, or Skype. If needed for secure communication, we can switch to email or your company’s preferred platform.
How do you calculate the cost of the work?
We estimate the cost by our artist’s day rate-8 hours a day. If the project is bigger and requires more urgency to finish on time, we use more team members.
Can you provide an exact cost prediction?
For smaller projects, yes-we can provide an exact quote. For larger or complex tasks, we can give a cost range to better provide you with an idea of what to expect. If the scope of work changes during the project, then so does the cost.
Who will be the main point of contact?
You’ll be working closely with two key members of our team:
- BDM (Business Development Manager): responsible for invoicing, payments, and overall collaboration feedback.
- Project Manager: manages the day-to-day progress, keeping you in close contact with the team and the artists.
Do you have examples of work that match the theme and style?
Yes, we can provide examples of previous work that match the theme and style of your project. We will research and refine our understanding of your vision, if necessary, in order to make sure we are on the same page.
Are there additional steps beyond creating 2D illustrations or 3D models?
Of course, the creation of assets is not the only thing we do. We can help with integration, testing, or whatever else needs to be done to complete and refine your project.
Are you open to working on a test task?
Yes, we’d be happy to complete a test task to fit in with your vision and pipeline. For smaller tasks, we can bundle all costs into a single invoice for ease.
